Hi All

picked up car on Thursday  2009 XF prem lux 275. all i can say is what a superb drive.

drove to Newark on Friday (Woodhead Pass and M1) averaged 42 mpg going and 39 mpg coming back (just a little lead footed on return journey).

got to say must be one of the best cars i have owned.

i have small problem with locking on rear offside door , but David at GK cars in Woodford where i bought car from says he will pick car up and have repaired and returned.

i wonder though if anyone can help with a copy of up to date Satnav disc? as mine is a 2009 disc.and the roads have changed a little.

anyway i am enjoying reading all your comments and advice.

please keep it up, also if i have any input that may be of interest be sure i will post.

regards

Tom

hi tom glad your enjoying the jag, charlie

Hi Tom,

You could try:

http://www.navigation.com/Jaguar-XF-2011/Western-Europe-2014-2015/jaguar-eu/product/T1000-22179/en_GB/GBP/

I got an earlier update from them for mine and it's the real article - it's Navteq, I believe it's where Jag get theirs from anyway...

Having looked this up I see there's a more recent one than the one I bought, so will probably buy a set for myself anyway.

Glad you like the car - I'm absolutely loving mine, 6 months into ownership... with the possible exception of the sat nav, actually.  Doesn't always find me or find a route, and takes me off junctions when it does work and then on at the same junction.  All a bit crazy, but maybe 2014-2015 update might improve it.  Strangely, it seems to work better the more I use it..?  Doesn't spoil the car too much though, everything else is just so good..!

Cheers,

Ian
