Hi new to the forum this is my first post would like it to have been a happier post any way reciently bought a 2002 reg s type r have noticed oil dripping from the transmission area on to my garage floor

the thing that worries me is that seems to be dripping olthough I havnt driven the car since monday I have booked it in to N1 garage in tufnell park for tuseday they said they will do a health check on the car and take it from there it just the continuing sripping of fluid that concerns me was wondering if any other owners have come across this problem

You are moving in the right direction.  I have not had an such problem though.

 

 I hope it come out OK, because the S Type is a great driver's car.

thanks had another check wiped some of oil off the floor the colour is gold very clean so am now thinking i may be an engine oil leak as stf fluid is normaly red-pink in colour thinking may be a sump leak or an oil feed pipe of some sort
