HI, Just bought an XF.

I've just bought an XF and I'm waiting to pick it up at the end of the month. It's a 2008 Premium Luxury with 118,000 miles in Indigo Metallic with Ivory leather and grey carpets. It has full JSH. The cam belt was changed 12 months ago and it had a recon gearbox 8 months ago (there's still 4 months warranty on it). It took a lot of haggling but I got it for £9,000 I think I did ok when you see what they're going for). I will post some piccys when I get it.

No doubt I will be asking some very obvious questions but I look forward to chatting to you all and hopefully enjoying a bit of banter.

Let's hope so, I do have a little doubt about the gearbox but if there are any problems the seller didn't need to tell me about the work done.

It was the first car I tested and fell in love with it straight away. It pulls well and just feels like a realy nice place to be.

Hi Gary and welcome to THE JAGUAR OWNERS CLUB. I'm sure you will find all the information you require on here. My brother owned the XF and loved the car until they brought out the F-Type for which he moved on to. He did not suffer any issues with the XF
