Hi all is there any way of turning on/off the beep when you lock the doors? I know with some cars you can just wondered whether it can be done on x type

What beep? As far as I know the car only beeps if a door is still open when you try to lock it.

I'm thinking the same as you Ian ---a door or the boot not closed fully --????

Sorry no I meant when you press lock on key fob is there away to make it beep to sound it's locked as my old car I could alter it

Sorry, don't think so. Not on a standard set up.

I can tell if my cars actually locked because the mirrors automatically fold in on double lock, but that's a modification I have done with a relay and a couple of wires :)
