2002 xtype headlight failure

Featured Replies

  • hi can anyone help I brought a 2.5 v6 to replace my previous xtype but recently I have lost the dipped beam headlights ive checked the fuses relays switch and bulbs and still nothing anyone know how I can rectify this

When you say that you have checked the fuses, relays, switch and lamps how have you checked them?

Have you checked the voltage at source entering and leaving the fuse then followed it through to the lamps?

  • 2 weeks later...

Two x types you lucky sod lol

hope it's an easy inexpensive fix

Have you checked fuse 67 in the passenger fuse box?

Top right hand side. 5 amp. It feeds the relay that controls the lights amongst other things.
