Hi all, car was last serviced at 80k, to match the 16k service interval. Now getting service due in 1,600 miles message on start up.

Is it possible for me to reset the service interval? Or do I need to take it in & have it reset?

As always any assistance appreciated.

Hi Mal,

It's all about pressing and holding down the right buttons in the correct sequence, it involves the rear fog light button, the ignition, and the trip reset button, there's a video of someone doing it if you google (Jaguar xf service reset procedure)

regards Dave

Hi Mal , The Video can be found on You tube

Hi

I have 187,000 miles on my XF. Just go as near to 16k miles as practical. Garages (independent or dealers) reset the service indicator each time.
