My iphone 5s Pairs OK with My 07 X Type 2.5 Estate, but once I leave the Car, I have to pair it all over again next time I get In.

also  i tried to down load my contacts using the hash tag code from the book, but the book says after entering hash Tag code "switch off Starter for 6 minutes" to allow upload . Thats makes no sense as the Bluetooth unit in the Car will be Off!! I did notice there are lots of the previous owners contacts in there which might be a problem, but a new upload (if I can get it to work) may just overwrite the old ones.  

So, Anyone know how to

1. delete all those old contacts 

2. Keep the phone paired once ignition is switched Off

3. Download my Phone book
