Battery connection and start-up procedure

XK 5.0 2012 I recently had minor paint repair undertaken and believe the battery was disconnected. I have since lost my radio reception but still have my on-screen presets. Everything else works okay. Should I disconnect the battery and short the leads to re-boot the memory. If so, is there a re-start procedure to be followed?

Are you sure nothing was disconnected in the boot area when they were carrying out strip and refit?

Nothing else needed to be removed since the paint repair was to the rear-upper panel.

I checked the aerial lead from under the rear spoiler, connected to the amplifier behind the boot lid trim. After that, I gave up trying to follow the loom!
