S Type gerarbox problem

Hi Folks,

               Got a gearbox fault on my wife's S Type 2001 3L auto, diagnostic codes that are showing on tester are 

               PO734 - Gear 4 incorrect ratio

              P0735 - Gear 5 incorrect ratio

             P745 - Transmission pressure control solenoid A

             P795 - Transmission pressure control solenoid C

             Transmission fluid and filter changed last year, although there is a small leak from the rotary switch, am I looking at a rebuild or replacement

             auto box.
