Hi new to the club and took delivery of my first Jaguar two weeks ago, 2015 XF 2.2 Portfolio. i'm in love with the car but when the air distribution is set to face vents the centre two do not blow any air! the left and right do and air to other vents is fine. Any ideas? its under warranty but have to wait two weeks to get in into the garage, thought if its not to difficult a fix I might attempt it myself.

The rotating air control at the base of the air vent might be turned to the closed position, sometimes I forget this and wonder why I am not getting cool air!

I have this same problem. Reseted computer but still have problem. In my case most of the air is blowing In my feet. I think there is problem with flaps which stuck in one position. If anyone had same problem let us know how to fix it
