Drivers window not auto down

Hi all. All the windows on my CV go down fully with one touch apart from the drivers window. I have to hold the button until the window goes fully down. It goes up ok with one touch. 

Can anyone advise.

Run the window up fully, then down fully. Then up fully and hold the switch for a few seconds or until you hear a click. Then down fully and hold again for a few seconds/

Tried that but unfortunately didn't work. 

Any other suggestions?
