The rear door driver side is locked, happened when door handle was pulled before I pressed fob to open , all other 3 doors working and all 4 doors sound like they are locking & unlocking with fob but inside and outside handle of that one door not working , anybody had this problem, also with that door in locked position how do I gain access to inside door to check problem

same problem as mine, only mine is drivers door. Going into dealer next week. After investigation it looks like the plastic end to cable release may have broken, so no direct input from electric motor to mechanical lock.
