I have just joined so be gentle. Ive bought a 2002 XK8 and its a convertible in prestine condition. The 2 requests for info are as such.....

1. The stereo is pants and I need a sat nav so what are my options. Id be ooking to spend a bit and replace the speakers and maybe even a sub base to give me a decent sound so im not adverse to spending a bit more than normal if needs must.

2. Im not that impressed with the exhausts and when I kick down I dont get the throaty sound I had in my old Porche, so has anyone any ideas for a new exhaust or even maybe an additive

The quick fix for the exhaust is to remove the two back boxes and replace with straight through pipes. Available on Ebay at about £150.00. Other exhaust options are pricey.
