Just replaced the rear discs and pads on my XF (and also painted calipers) but when reassembling at almost the very last step - installing the new brake pad wear sensor - the sensor connector must have been misalighned and has pushed the male pins right in on the brake sensor connector fitted to the car.

I can't really see how the connector on the chassis comes off but it also seems like something that I may not be able to fix

Is that connector also replaceable ? (i'm guessing it's part of the main wiring loom)

I'll have a look in daylight tomorrow hopefully I can save it!
