Hi could anyone tell me if lifeguard 6 is the correct transmission fluid for a 5 speed 2002 s type 3.0 please

hi

if its pre 2002, left hand side of J-gate goes to 4, its 5 speed box, then its a Ford gearbox and normal ATF is fine in these gearboxes,

if its post 2002, left hand side of j-gate goes to 5, its ZF box, 6 speed then lifeguard 6 is needed
