My Dynamic Stability Control sensors on the Brake Master Cylinder failed giving me a Dash Warning Message.  The sensors were replaced and the Warning Message disappeared but left a blinking Warning Light.  To cancel the Warning Light the DSC System requires synchronisation by Dealer tech & software.  The Dealers I have contacted no longer have the software required and I am stuck with the Warning Light issue with an MOT approaching!  Anybody had this problem which seems to be a tech threat to emerging classics.  Thanks.

You could try a hard reset by disconnecting the battery for at least half an hour and see if that cures it?

It is possible that a hard reset by disconnecting the battery may in fact produce some other codes and warnings. S-Types are even more particular than other Jaguar models for suffering from Parasitic Discharge.  There is a Re-Set procedure set out for the S-Type after Battery disconnection. It is at the beginning of S-Type Section.
