Hi everyone. I have just joined having become the owner of 2008 x-type 2.0 Estate. Having worked for a Ford dealership for many years my company car was a Mondeo of various trim levels and I can assure everyone that the x-type is most definitely not like a Mondeo. 
my problem is that none of the parking sensors are working and I am not getting anything from the switch in the overhead console. One of the reverse lights has not worked since I got the car-this appears to be down to corroded bulb holder rather than bulb failure. Could this be the problem?
