Hello all! I’m in the US and was gifted an 06 Stype 3.0 and have had problems from the jump. My issue now is that I’ve been losing coolant and overheating but can’t find the source. There’s a spray when the engine is on but it’s slight and hard to see where it’s coming from exactly. I pulled off the reservoir tank and checked it since on Friday of last week, I lost power when it overheated, making gurgling noises, and had to have it towed to my house. I don’t have the funds to take it to a mechanic right now and would love some ideas as to where the leak might be occurring. As a side note, maybe important, my ac went out a few weeks ago and blows hot on the driver’s side and cool on the passenger side and since then, it seems I’ve been running through coolant. Any help appreciated!

When it started a few minutes ago, it gave a message of engine systems fault and cruise not available…

What colour is the engine oil? Check oil cap lid. If you have white waxy substance (emulsification), you may have Head Gasket problems.

Oil looks fine under cap. Was worried about that, too.

Have an 08 that was having similar issues. There ended up being a small split in one of the hoses, making it impossible to find when turned off. Three different shops, including Jaguar West Palm Beach misdiagnosed it. Was one of the smaller coolant hoses. Hopefully that helps.
