Hi,
My XF 2.0D 2016 had a service from the dealer last week. This week, when I was running in the rain, my car started getting the message Oil level critically low.
What would be the fault with it? Is it critical to rectify the fault immediately?
Your advice would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Assuming the dealer did an oil change I would take the car back to the dealer immediately and ask them to check it for you. It could be the dealer forgot to reset the guage. (If this is needed on your model) Hopefully the dealer did refill with oil!

Did you ever get a diagnosis for this fault? Been having the same issue, oil level ok but the light came on and the engine died and no one can diagnose the issue.

Hi

I'm only guessing here, if the oil level is OK and the light comes on have you checked your oil filter.
