Automatic transmission start without braking

Hi all,

 

I have noticed that my X Type (V6 3l AWD automatic) can start in P without me pressing the brake pedal. I can also change to R N or D without pressing the brakes. I guess this behavior is not normal.

However I hear a click in the J gate when I press and depress the brake pedal.

 

I've also got a long bip almost everytime I turn the key on position II. It sounds like it's the parking aid. Maybe linked to the above problem?

 

If you guys have an idea, that'd be nice 🙂
