S-type 2003, every issue possible

I bought S-type 2003 that wasn't running.  I've never seen soooo many codes.  Guy i bought it from wasn't mechanical inclined and never took it to a shop.  Won't start, where do i start?

Had a dead battery, bought a new battery and still nothing.

Before anyone can help you must give us more information - you say never seen so many codes ???

If you can read the codes ??? --so electrics must be working ????

You say wont start ---is the engine turning over with the stater motor ????

Codes:  0171, 0174, 0133, 0153, 0300, 0301, 0307, 0302, 0304, 0305, 0306, 1314, 1316, 1111, 1642, 0420, 0430.

wow haven't seen all those codes before ???----You didn't say if the engine is turning over on the starter motor ????

Told you in terms of codes.  I'll have to look in the hood to see if it's turning.  While in the car i can't tell.  i know there's power because there is a noise but doesn't sound like an engine turning over.  Will let you know.

Sorry for the delay.  had family emergency.  NO, doesn't turn over but battery is at 12.8 volts.  Remember all the codes.  just need to know where to start.  Thanks

Still trying!  now i've discovered that some fuses don't have the correct size.  Some have fuses that shouldn't.  i do understand that after-market products can use nonused spaces.  not wanting to make things worse (don't think possible).  If the wrong size fuse (smaller) is used and hasn't blown, should i leave it alone or put correct size in?

Fuel pump isn't working.  Can't get any voltage from fuel sending unit.  Is there a seperate fuse/relay for the fuel sending unit?
