Hi i'm new to the site and i'm hoping that someone can give me some advice on the following

I have a 04 S Type and the CD player on the centre consul has a CD stuck within it, i have been told by the garage that is costs £350 plus vat to remove the CD because you have to take apart the dashboard, this seem excessive to be.. anyone got any ideas? Thanks Una

Welcome Una, could be worth contacting an auto electrician, or ask a company like Halfords as they fit stereos, good luck, also a couple of questions to ask is has the eject system failed or is there a cd with a sticky label that has come adrift causing it to stick in the stereo, good luck. biggrin.gif
