my s type has 17 " wheels / tyre but the wheels are rough and need a refurb etc

I have be offered some very good 16" wheels to fit straight on.

which are better 17 " or 16 "

any advise ?????

I think its down to personal choice and design style really

But if it was me I would go for the 17" as cheaper on tyres and better on looks (filling the arches a little more!)

good point trevor thanks I may just put the 16" on  and get the 17" refurbed

    Trevor has avery good point concerning the price of tyres. I had 17" Pirellis on my  X Type and the price of new ones was around £105 each as against the price of 18" ones of around £150 each.
