X308 knocking/Banging noise left rear suspension

Hi fellow cat owners, just a little advise please.

 

I currently have a bad knocking noise on the left rear suspension on my X308 1998, I don't seem to be able to locate it, are there any common problems known for these symptoms.

Sounds like a anti-roll bar link that's worn to me?

The noise sounds like its at the top...any suggestions ??

try greasing u/js

If its at the top then it could be strut top mounts....jack up the vehicle slightly (wheel just off the ground), put a long bar under the wheel and rock up and down to see if the noise is there.

Probably all the speed humps that have caused it !
