Boot lid closer

Hi, does anyone no whether or not a 2010 xfr boot lid should pull itself closed, as a new xf 2.2 diesel has this feature.

(Is it a new feature or is mine broken).

I would imagine it is self closing Graham, is there a button in the top right hand corner of the boot lid ?

 

Found this quote about the XF range

 

" Usefully all models get power closing on the boot so you don't have to slam it shut. Don't mistake this for an electric boot - you still have
to close it by hand, but it means you can just gently shut it and it will electrically pull the boot down into the lock position."
