Hi. Now getting the boot isnt locked (when it is) problem and also battery low turn on engine sign. Tried leaving battery disconnected/reconnected. I am not a mechanic - so bear with me when I say I cannot find the coolant temp sensor location on my 2019 2.0 diesel. Ive also seen and lost 🙈some advice on taking an ECU fuse out to hard reset in case its a software/ECU thing. Any help well received. Great forum.

My X type 2.2 diesel starts ok off the key, but only runs for about 3 to 4 seconds and stops. Reluctant to start after that but once started again it only runs for a short time and stops again. The longer that you leave it, ie couple of days, the easier it starts but then stops. Any advice welcomed. Thanks. Peter.1 point
