Just had another look and no hook or box just one for the compressor, tyre inflation kit and towing eye for the front. I'll have to try and contact Jaguar but thanks for all the posts 

I have a 2013 XF Sportbrake in the middle of the rear bumper is a small D shaped hach that can be removed, behind is the electric socket and what looks like a bracket for a removable towbar but I have searched the car and can't find the hook. I've tryed the internet but can't find what should be there or even any other Sportbrakes with the same hach. Does anyone know if it is Jaguar fitted and if I can get a replacement hook.
