Hello, I would like know if the design of cylinder head with high turbulence combustion chamber (Michael May design) is the same for V12 5.3 H.E. and the 6.0 litre?

Hello, does somebody know if it's possible to fit a V12 5.3 H.E. (Serie III) in a XJ12 1974 Serie II (fitted with 4 stromberg engine) body?  If yes, are the fixing points (engine to chassis) the same for both engines? Are the Borg-Warner 3speed GM3 the same ones for both engines? Thank you very much for your help.
