hi Iv an issue with my 2009 2.7 xf

the steering lock won’t come off and no interior lights, everything els is working!!

I’ll put a picture of faults,

if anyone could give me any suggestions that would be appreciated

hi my jag Xf 2.7 2009 won’t start, ignition is coming on but won’t unlock steering column and no interior lights!!

it’s all since battery went flat Iv charged but no go,

any help would be good
