I bought this usb update on line from UK-Navi-Expert, purchased through Evri and on plugging it in, requires a login code. AMA devised I should send my VIN number to the manufacturer to get the code.  Unable to get through to UK-Navi-Expert@ gmail.com

maybe there is a standard code for this? Anyone have any ideas, or a better contact address for the manufacturer?
