This guy has exactly the same problem. Part number is C2P2186. Good luck with your search. Perhaps Eurojag maybe able to help.

Thanks Jim, yes exactly the same fault for me, I will do a similar repair until I can find a replacement hose, I have had this hose off before and it appears fine, I wonder if the spout on the tank softens with the heat and time and is compressed by the clamp? allowing the connection to fail and leak? Such a small issue that would cause a major problem.

I will let you know how I get on.

    Thanks again for your help

    Regards Steve H

  2. Hello again experts! Another question for you guys, I have a 2008 XKR X150 ( lovely car) that is loosing a small amount of coolant from the large hose on the bottom of the header tank which joins into the aluminium heater pipe , hose is larger on the top than the bottom, has anyone had any success in finding the hose without having to purchase the heater pipe as well! Appreciate your feedback.

    TIA Steve H.

  3. Thank you Jim, simplifies things when you have an idea of what does what! I have found the fault and rectified it in a couple of minutes, problem was the vacuum module which is located under the battery tray, for some reason one of the multi pin plugs was not fully connected?? Don’t know why? It’s now making full contact and system is working properly!

    pedal is now solid.

Just  have to put everything back together again and job done! I am surprised that I didn’t get a DTC for this fault.

    Thanks again Regards Steve H.

UP28 vacuum pump is not getting any power from its supply source (abs module?) meaning I have a spongy brake pedal, pump is okay. Can someone help me out with the diagram showing the power supply to the pump.
    thanks in advance Steve H
