Hi there, anyone with a problem with their driver seat returning to the neutral position when switching engine off.  

It's amazing when you love something this much that you are always watching out for others.  You can spot another Jag coming towards you from a long way off.  Do we have windscreen club badges or rear window stickers available.  My Reg is R444 if you see me give me a flash or a wave.

Hi there, has anyone fitted a criss cross front grill to the S Type and what do you

think.  I have a friend that did it, still can't decide if I like it or not.

Hi There, I found it very simple to change the wiper blades thanks to the forum.   My problem is that the blades are not touching the windscreen at the extreme ends for some reason.  Any ideas.

Love my S type.  Posted add in paper to get mine.  It read.  Wife wanted, must have S type Jag, send picture of Jag. 

Seriously though love the car.  did you hear the Jeremy Vine show on radio two today, Superb. 

Hi Alexander, I do not have rear parking sensors fitted to my 2002 S-type but a fella over the road from me does. He had a problem with them on his 2006 model they were beeping all the time, so he took his car to the local Stratstone Jag dealership to see what they would quote to fix it, the answer was an unbelievable £600+. This entailed removing the rear bumper, replacing the faulty sensor, spraying the new sensor to his car's colour as they are delivered black and reassembling everything. I suggested he tried the independent garage I use as I knew he would get a fair price quoted, but even they came back with just over £400 so he decided to have them disconnected and do without them. In view of this I think that may be your best option, I have never had them fitted to a car I have owned so consider them an unnecessary luxury not a vital piece of kit. However if you think otherwise be prepared to pay quite a bit out to get it fixed unless you want to have a go at it yourself, but if these are the prices garages are charging it is not that simple a procedure. I hope this helps in some way, but I realise this does not solve your problem. Good luck with it, best wishes Geoff.

Hi Geoff sorry so long to get back.  Been away.  Got my sensors fixed.  My car had been in the garage and then washed with a power hose something you shouldn't do so got them to fix it.  Just pushed them back in I think.
