Adding options voice Bluetooth tv amp dvd phone

Been searching about sorry but struggling to find any info

Fitted currently

Sat nav

Cd changer boot

CD player front

Looked in boot found

a pair of grey connectors taped up

smaller single one

and found a connector behind plate behind cd satnav bracket

Googled a bit and realise optic cable probably needs changing. Mine is from front to a 2 part lead sat n cd then ends with a do loop I guess to keep network joined ?

Like to see whats possible and how really as voice be useful and bluetooth

Tv? Dvd? Anything else a bonus
