My name is Gavin and I finally shook the BMW shackles off and purchased my first Jaguar. Car in question is a 2003 S Type R in gun metal grey with Ivory leather interior and what a fine place to be when cossetted in the drivers seat. The supercharged engine ensures a suitable smile when pushed on although with the damp road conditions can easily step out of line under heavy acceleration. Early days, but I'm sure the car and myself with get on splendidly !

Welcome to the Club, Gavin.

The boy racer in me wants the S Type R, but I now have to be more sedate and just cruise with the 2.7D moving quickly but sedately!

You will enjoy the Jaguar experience.

Regards,

Peter.
