Hi there chaps I want to change my oil what type do I use!! I know it's sposed to be sealed for life blah blah but want to change mine and where is the best place to get the parts and oil off the net many thanks.. ralph..

The best place to get the correct oil and the the parts is Opie Oils.  They have a great online shop. 

 

The are good friends of the club, offer a good price, and are a well established company,

 

Many members of the club have changed gearbox oil around 75k with beneficial effects

Thanks Peter will look them up, she's only on 65k but she needs an oil change so may aswell get both done

Hi Ralph,

 

When I rode high performance motor bikes, I used to change the engine oil every other week.. I used to work at the Steelworks in Shotton with one week Sunday to Friday and the next week Monday to Thursday.  The oil was drained on Thursday night and refilled on the Friday morning.
