Hi All

Its possibly been asked before but .. I recently bought an S Type ... The Sat Nav didn't appear to work so I took it back and it seems that while the car was on the forecourt someone decided they would like the Sat Nav DVD disc more than any new owner and nicked it.  My question is .. Will any Jaguar DVD disc work in the Sat Nav system.  Mines a 2007 car but I have seen more up to date discs that seem to be for newer models and was wondering if I could purchase say a disc for an XF for example and wouls it work ok.  The DVD player is in the boot . the screen is in the dash the only missing item is the disc.

Thanks in anticipation

I'm not sure about using the DVD from an XF.  The latest one I have in my  2005 S-Type is 2011-2012.  There's one going on fleabay for £19.99 at the moment.

No the disc from a XF will not work.

And 2012 is the newest you can get for the s type.
