The Sat Nav on my 2009 X Type is now working fine as a result of the advice given by site me,bears here for which I M obliged.

Is there any way in which I can find out the date of the sat nav disc presently installed?

Im interested in the advice you got as i have a problem with my sat nav, its telling me "the disc inserted is not a map dvd" and then other times it comes back on ok

or does anyone know the answer to this

hi peter

it could be peter " how to clean the drive though" cleaned  the disc a few times works ok sometimes and not others so I'm thinking "the laser" also i think what happens is that it doesn't work to well in the cold i.e. condensation !

will keep trying

traveling to London again this weekend for a wedding and offered the car to take the bridesmaids, I'm sure she'll  look good with the wedding ribbons for our friends
