X type Climate Control Problem

In garage Friday under warranty as c/c not blowing cold even though re gassed and no leaks. They have ordered a new compressor but I think that is working, Air is being channelled in correct direction and when in Lo recirc light comes on. The belt pulley starts spinning when a/c button pressed. Anything else that could be the problem please?
