Full diagnostic test has been carried out which indicates the gears in the turbo charger actuator are not meshing correctly

Can the actuator be repaired or does the whole charger have to be replaced.

Can any fellow members offer advice

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi

the turbo charger itself has no gears in it

so i would assume the actuator itself can be replaced, though it might need so diagnostic connection to reset it

looking on eBay, looks like there available on there own

turbo actuator use to be mechanical, diaphragm spring and arm, they never failed, mix it with electronics and its a nightmare

cheers

Joe
