There seems to be some kind of hiccup on the site with quite a few repeat posts.. The answer is probably to be a little patient if the post doesn't come on quickly.

I managed to do one myself this morning!

I have tried to delete surplus posts, but for some reason I can only do it after 3 or 4 hours.

Yep, I had this problem earlier. Typed out the post, clicked 'submit reply' & didn't seem to get any action. I waited a few seconds & clicked 'submit reply' again thinking I could have possibly Miss clicked the first time. The topic then loaded & I could see the repeat post.

i did look to delete the repeat post but couldn't find a way to do it.
