the rubber strip around the driver door has spilt and the crack is getting longer.

Is there any way to either replace the rubber, or fitt some form of kick plate to stop it happening.

Hi

do you mean the door seal, post some pics up

if its the door seal, it can be pulled off and replaced, there should be plenty on ebay

cheers

Joe

Yes, that's it. Door Seal. "...it can be pulled off and repleced" sounds too easy.

Hi

there's also a little plastic trim you have to remove as well at the bottom, on the door step, but it just unclips

it should only take ten mins to change

cheers

Joe

I've replaced mine, it is easy, when fitting the replacement it seems like it is too long, but it will fit with a bit of persuasion, ie, give it a good thump with your hand to get it to seat properly.
