Have been having problems with the radio ,acm, single cd, 6 cd changer and Phone, suddenly i lost the sound on everything and thought it was going to be a major problem but after i disconnected the Battery and reconnected it after 30 minutes everything is back to normal except for the 6 cd changer which is still showing on the touchscreen display ( no discs ).

I have heard that some owners just need to switch off and on again and everything comes back on, but that didn't work for me ,hope this is off some help to other members.

Regards Tom.

HI

Might be a faulty CD changer, check all the connections on the back of it

All the audio is transmitted down fiber optics on the D2B network, every thing is in series and daisy chained,

if you unplug one fiber optic cable you loose all the sound, also worth checking the connection on the audio amp as well as thats on the same fiber optic circuit

cheers

disconnecting the battery usually clears any faults

Hi Joe.

Thanks for your reply, i've been offered a second hand one too experiment with and see if a good cleaning and lubricating would sort the problem but it's just  finding the time to look at it especially at this time off year.At least i have the radio and a usb stick to use through the acm .Thanks again.

Regards Tom.
