MOT yesterday and passed without any advisories, the only thing when checking thing's over the day before was that the drivers side dipped headlight wasn't working but a gentle tap saw the headlight working again so will need to give it a look.

Hi Steve.

Thanks for your comments, now i've got to search for car insurance as it's up on 18 th of March. The renewal which is with Churchill is £217-24 up £26-94 due to premium tax they say. And also have breakdown cover with them but i am covered rather than the car which they are wanting £150-08 and this only covers the UK and is not great as i go over to Ireland sometimes on the ferry if any members can suggest a better breakdown cover it would be much appreciated.

Regards Tom.

I'm with the AA cover starts from about £40 for the year, but you add bits to suit your needs, my cover does cost me quite a bit more than that quoted to you

Regards

Steve

I use these people, have done for at least ten years, covers my wife also, I have had to use them twice and no complaints at all. For similar cover the AA were charging me around £130!

Thanks Ron.

I will certainly look into the company that you have suggested.

I've already had a provisional internet quote from Adrian Flux and the price is well off the mark, i could get nearly 4years cover with the one i'm going with compared to Adrian Flux's price for one year.
