New owner with questions

Hi, I've literally just picked up my XF, and I have a couple of questions. 

1) I assume there is an owners handbook somewhere, but I cant seem to find it. Is it hidden away somewhere?

2) The glove compartment "button" isnt very responsive. It opens eventually, but takes several attempts. Is this a common issue, and can it be fixed?

Mine didn't come with a handbook, but I found it online, along with a quckstart guide. Sorry, but I lost the link a long time ago.PM me and I can forward both to you though.

Glovebox button should respond instantly!

Thanks. Yes, I've found the online guide. 

I've got a 2010 XFS Portfolio 3.0 diesel.
