XF 2015 satnav update

Featured Replies

Hi

I have my first Jaguar!
An XF Sport and I I love it

However the satnav is really out of date

It’s a 2015 model, 64 reg

I can’t find anything in the manual about how to update it

I’ve googled it and it looks like it might be a USB point update rather than a DVD – but I’m really not sure

Can anyone tell me how I should update it, and how to do this cost effectively?

I would be grateful

Hilary

Hi Hilary and welcome to the club.

I have an s type with a disc and they do not make discs when the car has been 5 years after the model has been in production. So I have a 2012 disc!

I think the XF has a USB point which will allow a main dealer to update your sat nav but the cost via a main dealer would probably be a bit pricey.

Maybe other XF owners could assist here.

Regards,

Peter.
