Jag XK noise

I own a 2008 XK, after running for a little while and only when moving, I hear a noise coming from underneath passenger seat area. It is intermittent and sounds like radio static , jacked the car up and couldn’t find anything obvious, any ideas?

Hi, I had a similar noise coming from my bonnet, ended up sounding like a Geiger counter... was the passenger airbag for the bonnet release. This is the mechanism that pops the bonnet if you hit a pedestrian.
