Dear Members,

After two years of smooth driving I've had my first DPF full message, got it cleaned was at 43% and now down to 14% but Halford's cannot get the warning message to clear using their software. Is thi something that only a Jaguar dealer can accomplish or is their something more sinister at hand?

Any advice welcome?

Owen

Hi Owen,

Nothing sinister there that a good Diagnostic tool will remove.  Try a local garage.

Regards,

Peter.

Thanks, I have also read that as it has been cleaned a good 20 mins run with relatively high revs will sort it out, so engine has time and temperature to "regenerate" and message should go.

If this part doesn't work will take it to garage.
