Stereo Upgrade

Featured Replies

Hi all. Recently got hold of a 2005 2.0 Jaguar X type. Good comdition and only 84k on clock.

My only gripe so far is that there is no bluetooth, so this area is clearly an upgrade point.

Can anyone recommend a good stereo, and all the required parts i would need in order to fit the required stereo as well. Seen various videos, (mainly american) of how to get access to the stereo to remove it. But not really showing install.

Any help appreciated, been looing at the https://www.halfords.com/technology/car-audio/car-stereos/pioneer-mvh-a210bt-car-stereo-213070.html one on halfords site. Woukd this fit? Or any other suggestions.

Pic attached of what is currently in the car.

Many thanks

Thats a lot of work to get bluetooth.

I would just get a really good sat nav fitted. That will have bluetooth, dab radio, stream your music etc etc. You will need a microphone fitted also for hands free.
