Since having my S Type serviced, the engine safety mode activates by illuminating the warning lamps and then cutting the engine off.  Does anyone know the problem and how to rectify it, please...

or you could get it plugged in and get codes read only way to tell for sure, any answers will be pure guess work and a expensive way to fix it

Ideally someone with Jaguar IDS/SDD software so all modules can be read and fault found.

generic code readers will only read engine ecu, could be else where like trans or module related

could be something like a bad sensor, but theres so many things it can be
