Drivers door locked stuck

My 63 plate F-type drivers door is permanently locked. When I use the remote to open the door it goes through the motions and the handle pops out but cannot open the door from the outside nor the inside. The door lock/unlock button red light on the door panel is permanently on red under the locked symbol. When I pull on the outer and inner handles there is no resistance.

The passenger door is fine.

I would appreciate some advice please
